Nacho Party Dip
12 ounces cream cheese (375 grams)
1 cup sour cream (250 ml)
finely chopped green onions - to taste
Beat together until smooth. Stir in chopped green onions. Spread
on large round tray and refrigerate. The flavour is improved if
you do this step several hours before serving.
Layer the following before serving:
taco sauce - medium or hot, as desired
grated cheddar cheese
chopped green pepper
chopped red pepper
chopped tomatoes
chopped jalapenos (if desired, I omit)
Add more grated cheddar to the top before serving. Serve with
nacho chips. I also like it with bagel chips or assorted crackers.
