Café Pacifico Guacamole
Dice a large RIPE avocado
A medium onion
1 tomato
and add 1/2 tsp of diced fresh chile, 1 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
mash all by hand with a large fork and serve immediately.
Sprinkle lemon juice on the top if it is to be stored to keep it from
turning dark before serving.
