REUBEN DIP
4 oz American Cheese, shredded
4 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
8 oz Sauerkraut, welled drained
2.5 oz thin-sliced corned beef, chopped into pieces
1/4 cup mayo
Mix ingredients in bowel, place into swallow baking dish. Bake at
350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve warm with Pumpernickel and/or
Rye Party Slice Bread.
Makes small amount should be doubled for parties.
