Reuben Dip
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup sauerkraut, drained
1/2 lb lean, cooked corned beef, chopped fine
4 oz grated swiss cheese
1 tablespoon catsup
2 teaspoons brown mustard
salt/pepper to tatse
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix all ingredients in large bowl
Transfer to small, ovenproof casserole. Cover and bake for 30
mins. Uncover and bake for 5 mins, until top is golden. Serve
with rye crackers and/or bread.
