Smoked Salmo Spread
1 to 1 1/2 pounds smoked salmon, shredded
1 brick cream cheese, softened
Juice of 1/4 lemon
1 medium size jar salsa
Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, add the soften cream cheese, shredded salmon, lemon
juice and mix thoroughly, add salsa to taste, I use about 3/4 jar,
combine completely. Add pepper.
Cover. Chill until the cheese is firm.
Use as a sandwich spread, cracker spread, or as a dip for chips.
