Smoked Fish Pate 02

Smoked Mackerel Pate
1 smoked mackerel
250g packet soft cream cheese
2 heaped teaspoons of horseradish sauce (to taste)
a squeeze of lemon (to taste)
a pinch of pepper
Mash all the ingredienbts up in a bowl until smooth. Serve in a
shallow bowl, pressing down with the back of a fork.
Tastes great with chilled chardonnay, pickles, melba toast/ bread,
not bad as a starter.
