Artichoke/Spinach Dip

1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1 large clove garlic
10 ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
6-1/4 ounce jar artichoke hearts drained and patted dry
8 ounce container garlic-chive cream cheese
2 large eggs
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or the mixed Italian cheese

Preheat oven to 375:. Put Romano cheese into a food processor with
a metal blade. Turn motor on and add the garlic clove through the
feed tube. Stop machine and add the spinach, artichokes, cream
cheese and eggs. Process until well blended. Turn into a med. bowl
and add the mozzarella cheese, mix well. Transfer into a 2-3 cup
baking dish and bake 20-25 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips,
sour cream and salsa. Makes about 16 servings
