Spinach Artichoke Dip

2 cups Parmesan Cheese
1 box frozen spinach, thawed
1 can (large can) plain artichoke hearts, cut up
2/3 cup sour cream
1 cup cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp minced garlic

Mix together Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix with spinach mixture. Bake
at 375 F for 20-30 minutes. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.

I am not a huge fan of parmesan cheese, so I only used 1 cup, and then added a 1/2 brick of Pepper Jack cheese (shredded). It was SO tasty!!! My husband LOVED it!! He insisted that I print the recipe and make it again at our party next week. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
