SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP

2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 can artichoke hearts, drain and mashed
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
1 onion, chopped fine
1 stick butter or margarine

Melt butter, add onions and saute until clear. Romove from fire.
Mix all ingredients in microwave safe dish. Blend well. Microwave
5 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and side dishes of salsa and
sour cream.
