Spinich Dip

1/2 cup butter
1 medium onion chopped
2 lbs velveta cheese
sour cream
1 pkg frozen spinach
Tabasco sauce
1 can chicken stock
1 cup flour

Melt the butter in a sauce pan the fry the onion lightly. Add
enough of the flour to form a solid ball. Add the chicken stock
to the ball over medium heat.

After the ball dissolves add the cheese and melt. Wash and drain
the spinach add to taste. I like about 3/4 pack. Add Tabasco to
taste. Serve with the sour cream on top.
