Spinach Dip

2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
8 ounce can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup green onions including tops, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried or 2 teaspoons fresh tarragon
1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, minced

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 4 cups
dip.
