Spinach Dip
1 package frozen spinach
1 package cream cheese
1 small block (10 oz) pepper jack cheese
small onion chopped
jalapeno nacho rings
Thaw/drain spinach and squeeze dry as possible set aside. Melt/soften
pepper jack cheese in microwave and add cream cheese and heat again
so you can blend.
Add drained spinach, about a tablespoon of juice from jalapeno
rings and reheat; stir. Top with chopped onions and a few of those
nacho rings.
