Spinach Dip
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 green onions, sliced
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained (squeeze out water)
6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
When cream cheese is softened, stir in remaining ingredients and
mix well. Makes approximately 2 cups of dip.
