Spinach Dip
1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
water chestnuts, chopped
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
Knorr vegetable soup mix (dry package)
green onions
Mix all ingredients well. Let stand at least 2 hours in refrigerator
to blend flavors. Hollow out a loaf of pumpernickel, Italian, or
Sourdough bread. Fill with dip. Use bread that you removed to
dip in the dip.
