SEARCH RECIPES: LOCATION: Recipes >> Dips >> Spinach Dip 24    Spinach Dip 24 Knorr's spinach dip 10-oz. package of frozen, chopped spinach - defrosted 2 cups sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 1 package of Knorr's leek soup mix 1 can of water chestnuts, chopped Squeeze the spinach in paper towels until almost dry, (or the dip will turn green.) Combine all the ingredients and chill for at least an hour to blend flavors and soften up those leeks. You could try adding red pepper flakes or a little chopped red pepper or pimiento to get a nice red and green effect for Christmas.
