Taco Dip
8 ounces cream cheese
1 pound ground beef
i package taco seasoning mix
1 large jar salsa
Monterey jack cheese, shredded
cheddar cheese, shredded,
Press cream cheese on bottom of 9X13 pan. Brown hamburger. Add
taco seasoning mix and cook as directed. Spread mixture on top of
cream cheese. Pour enough salsa to cover hamburger mixture, then
cover with the cheese. Warm in 350 degree oven until melted.
Serve with tortilla chips.
