Taco Dip
16 oz. container sour cream (reduced fat or regular)
8 oz block cream cheese (reduced fat or regular)
1 package dry taco seasoning
shredded cheese (cheddar, monterey jack, or mexican blend)
chopped tomatoes
chopped black olives
shredded lettuce
Blend the sour cream, slightly softened cream cheese and the taco
seasoning with a mixer. Spread dip on large platter, and top with
the tomatoes, olives and lettuce or your choice! Serve with tortilla
chips for dipping.
