Taco Dip
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. Taco seasoning mix
1 16-oz. container of sour cream
3/4 c. of thick and chunky salsa
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
White corn tortilla chips or your favorite dipping chips
In frypan, cook beef until no longer pink. Drain. Add the taco
seasoning mix and stir well. Place in a 10 inch glass pie plate.
Mix the sour cream and salsa together. Pour over the meat mixture.
Sprinkle with the cheddar cheese. Microwave until the cheese is
melted and bubbly. Serve with chips.
