TAFFY APPLE DIP
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. white sugar
3/4 cup light or dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 cup crushed or broken peanuts
Mix together all except the peanuts until smooth. Stir in peanuts.
Let stand several hours or overnight to develop flavors. Serve
with sliced apples.
Note: Also good with chunks of banana or sliced pears.
