Sundried Tomato Tapenade

10 dried tomatoes, plumped in hot water and drained
1/4 to 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
1 small can sliced black olives
1 package Neufchatel or cream cheese
2 or 3 cloves, fresh garlic to taste
dried basil, optional

Drop garlic into food processor or mince by hand and put it in
there. Add everything else and process. Add some of the water
from tomatoes if necessary. This is great and freezes well.

Make a sandwich and add some alfalfa or broccoli sprouts.
