Tex Mex Dip
1st layer: 250ml light sour cream and 250 ml light cream cheese
blended together to create a smooth texture.
2nd layer: Chop up 1/2 each of all kinds of pep(red, green, yellow
and orangewith 2-3 green onions.
3rd layer: Spread salsa (I used President's Choice) on top.
4th layer: Shredded mozzalla and cheddar cheese.
