Tex Mex Dip 03

Tex-Mex 7-Layer Dip
2 large cans bean dip
3 avocados peeled and mashed
2 tbsp lemon juice
garlic salt
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
2 large tomatoes, sliced, seeds removed, patted dry on paper towels, and diced
1 small can sliced black olives, drained, patted dry, and chopped
4-8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
Drain water from bean dip and spread on bottom of a rectangular
cake dish. Mix avocados, lemon juice and garlic salt well and
spread over bean dip. Mix sour cream and taco mix well and spread
over avocado layer. Spread green onions over sour cream layer.
Spread tomatoes over onions. Spread olives over tomatoes. Spread
cheese over black olives.
