Mock Lobster Dip
6 oz can tuna in water; drained
8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 medium onion diced small or grated
3 tablespoons chili sauce or 3T catsup and 1 teaspoon chili powder
3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
few drops Tabasco sauce or more to taste.
Drain tuna well and chop coarsely. Mix all ingredients and chill
for 2 hours before serving.
