Buttered Rum 06

BETTER HOT BUTTERED RUM
One serving.
strip orange peel
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/2 jigger warm golden rum
1 jigger warm golden rum
1 teaspoon butter
cinnamon stick piece
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon allspice
boiling cider
Place first 3 ingredients in a silver or pewter mug. Ignite rum
and let it burn out. Add another jigger rum, butter and spices.
Fill mug with boiling cider and stir to serve.
