CREME DE MENTHE
2 1/2 cup sugar
2 1/4 cup water
4 tsp. mint extract
1 tsp. green food coloring
10 jiggers vodka (2 cup)
Use 12 jiggers - large = 2 cups; 1 jigger = 1 1/2 oz. Mix sugar
and water. Bring to boil. Boil sugar and water slowly 20 minutes.
Let cool. Add rest of ingredients and pour into glass bottles.
