Blueberry Daiquiri
1 pouch (4.7 oz) instant daiquiri mix
1 1/2 ounces light rum (chilled)
3/4 oz blueberry schnapps or brandy (chilled)
1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
In the blender place all ingredients and blend well till frothy.
Pour into chilled glasses. For an extra special drink, garnish with
a dollop of whipped heavy cream.
