My favorite recipe for egg creams:

1 oz vanilla syrup
1 oz Fox's uBet Chocolate Syrup
2 to 3 oz. milk
Cold seltzer from a syphon bottle

Place the syrups in a glass; add milk. Fill glass with seltzer.
The amounts are approximate - you may want to experiment.

Most traditional is just to use chocolate syrup, the vanilla/chocolate
mix is my own invention.

I've heard about this and finally searched for a recipe....I was expecting it to call for eggs......
