Smoothie
2 cups ice 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk 1/2 very ripe mango 1 tablespoon sugar
Combine everything in the blender, making sure not to go either too light on the ice or too heavy on the milk or else it'll taste kinda funny Blend away at various speeds until the ice is crushed and the "smoothie" develops
Note: Use pear, avocado or any other fruit you can think of in the place of the mango. If it's a sweet fruit then you don't need any sugar.

pear smoothie review, January 30, 2005 - 12:47 PM
Reviewer: Natalie from north yorkshire, UK
I added pear to my smoothie instead of mango and it was quite easy to prepare, and worth it. It tasted delicious, so refreshing and tasty. I now make this smoothie almost every night and everyone in my family loves it. Thankyou for this amazing recipe!
