Hot Chocolate 03

Hot Chocolate
3 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
9 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
pinch of black pepper
Bring milk and cream to boiling. Take off the heat and stir in
chocolate. Stir till smooth and serve. For spice add cinnamon and
pepper.
