Hot Chocolate
2 1/4 cups whole milk
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup superfine sugar
100 gram bar chocolate (3.5 oz), chopped
1/4 cup loosely packed cocoa
In 2 qt saucepan stir milk, water, sugar. Bring to boil over medium
heat.
Add chocolate and cocoa. Bring to boil again, while whisking until
disolved and thickened.
Reduce heat to very low. Blend for 5 minutes with an immersion
blender, or 30 seconds until thick and foamy.
