IRISH CREAM
(36 oz./slightly more than a quart):

1 cup light cream
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk (OK to use low-fat)
1-2/3 cups whiskey
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on high speed for 30
seconds, bottle tightly and refrigerate (will keep for two months
if cool).
