Irish Cream

4 oz sugar
2 1/2 fl oz water
8 fl oz whiskey
5 oz small tin Ideal (evaporated) milk
5 fl oz fresh single cream
10 ml Cacao essence

Dissolve sugar in water and bring to boil. Do not overboil. Cool.
Mix all ingredients together and put in refrigerator for 2 hours.
It's then OK to drink. Keep in refrigerator due to cream content.
