Long Island Iced Tea 04

In my experience, most bars will pour two variations, based on
either West Coast or East Coast traditions:
East Coast
ice
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Rum
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Tequila
1/4 oz Triple Sec
generous amount of sweet and sour
topped with lots of cola
Darker in color and spicier in flavor.
West Coast
ice
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Rum
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Triple Sec
splash of cola
generous amount of sweet and sour
Sweeter and lighter in color.
