Blue Margaritas
2 parts tequila 1 part Cointreau 1 part Rose's lime one drop blue food coloring per 2-4 drinks lime wedges (1/4 to 1/6 an average lime) salt
Rub glass rim with lime wedge and dip in salt. Squeeze remaining juice into glass over ice cubes. Mix liquid ingredients well in a shaker and pour over ice. Garnish glass with another lime wedge.
Substitutions:
If you prefer "frozen" margaritas, pour liquid ingredients in a blender, add enough ice to increase volume by about one third, and blend!
1 part Blue Curacao may be substituted for the Cointreau/food coloring combo but the resulting flavor is slightly sweeter
