MONK'S ROPE COFFEE
4 Ozs. Hot Coffee
1 1/2 Ozs. Frangelico
1/2 Oz. Dark Creme de Cacao
2 Ozs. Heavy Cream
Pour the coffee into an Irish coffee glass. Add the Frangelico
and creme de cacao and stir. Pour the cream carefully over the
back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink.
