Ramos Fizz 03

Ramos Fizz
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1 oz sweet cream
2 oz dry gin
White of one egg
3 dashes of Orange flower water
1/2 tsp powdered sugar, optional
Shake vigorously with craked ice. Pour into highball glass, which
has had the rim dipped in lemon juice and then in powdered sugar.
Add seltzer stingily (or none at all).
