1 gallon container
1/2 cup sugar, add 1/4 to bottle of root beer extract, dissolved
2 tsp. yeast in 3/4 cup lukewarm water
Stir sugar and extract in water (lukewarm) to melt sugar. Add
yeast and water to the sugar. Mix, pour into gallon jug, and fill
with lukewarm water. Let set uncapped for 7 to 8 hours. Then put
cap on, and put in refrigerator for 24 hours.
