SILVER CLOUDS
serves 8)
1 quart vanilla ice cream (1/2 gallon)
1/3 cup amaretto
1/3 cup white Cream De Cacao
Whipped cream
Kalua (small amount)
Mix ice cream in blender until creamy, slowly add liquor when
softened. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream. Pour a
little Kalua on top. Serves 4.
