Singapore Sling
1 oz. Gin
2 oz. Cherry Brandy
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. Benadictine
Bitters
orange-pineapple juice
lime juice
cherry
pineapple slice
Fill a tall glass with ice. pour in gin and cherry brandy. fill
to 3/4 with or ange-pineapple juice, add splash of bitters and lime
juice, top off with cointre au and benadictine. Give it a quick
stir, and garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.
