Slush Punch 03

Slush with a Punch
3/4 cups sugar
7 cups water
12-oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
12-oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
6-oz. can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 to 1/2 cups coconut liqueur
5 to 6 cups lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled
Combine sugar and water in a saucepan; bring to boil, stirring
until sugar dissolves. Cool. Add concentrates and liqueur, stirring
well. Pour mix into large freezer-safe container, and freeze. To
serve, spoon about 1 C. slush mixture into a glass and add 1/2 C.
lemon-lime beverage, stirring until slushy. Makes about 1 gallon
of slush.
