1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup fruit juice
1 1/2 cups ripe, diced fruit (bananas, berries, peaches or pineapple)
1 tablespoon honey
3/4 cup crushed ice
In a blender, combine the first four ingredients and blend until
smooth. Add the ice; blend again. Pour in a glass, garnish with
a fresh berry.
Mix bananas, pineapple, cream of coconut and crushed ice.
Layer fresh strawberries blended with honey and crushed ice, whipped
cream, and blueberries blended with crushed ice.
