6 whole cloves
1 two-inch stick of cinnamon
3 c water
4 tea bags
1/4 c honey
Combine cloves, cinnamon stick, and water in a small saucepan, heat
to boiling. Add tea bags, cover, remove from heat. Let stand 5
minutes, remove tea bags. Stir in honey.
Strain into tea cups and serve hot with milk (if desired). Or cool
and pour over ice in tall glasses, serve with lemon wedges.
