Xmas Vodka

Christmas Pudding Vodka
1 70cl bottle vodka
9 oz dark muscovado sugar
9 oz caster sugar
100g mixed peel
250g sultanas
250g raisins
rind and juice of 1/2 orange
rind and juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tsp almond essence
2 tsp vanilla essence
6 cloves
2 heaped tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1 tsp allspice
Put all ingredients into a 2 litre kilner jar. Shake daily for 2
weeks. Strain and bottle.
