Cajun Fry Mix
3 cups flour
2 cups corn flour
1 cup corn meal
1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
3 Tbls baking powder
3 Tbls salt
3 Tbls onion powder
3 Tbls garlic powder
2 tsp cayenne pepper
Sift all ingredients together and store in airtight jar. Mix with
an egg and some buttermilk or beer and batter your favorite veggies,
fish, shellfish, or cheese for great appetizers.
