Streusel Topping
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter, chilled
chopped nuts (optional)
Combine flour and brown sugar. Cut 3 tablespoons butter into dry
ingredients until mixture resembles coarse meal. (Makes about 3/4
cup.) Sprinkle on top of cake or muffins before baking.
