TACO-SEASONING MIX
6 tsps. chili powder
4 1/2 tsps. cumin
5 tsps. paprika
3 tsps. onion powder
2 1/2 tsps. garlic powder
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne powder
Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container. The homemade
mix is twice as strong as store-bought so add only half as much.
