Bisquick Dumplings

2 Cups Bisquick
2/3 Cup Milk

Mix until blended. Spoon on top of boiling stew. Reduce heat and
cook 10 minutes uncovered. Cover and cook 10 more minutes.

These are the dumplings I was raised on. Mouthwatering wonderful. They are also a great starter recipe. You can add seasoning to your taste, I like to add garlic, parsley, and sometimes a dry cheese (parmessan) all together, or only one for a variety of flavors. If you don't make them too big, they cook through, yet are soft, and absorb some of the flavor of what you boil them in. YUMMY!!!
