Chinese Dumplings 1/2 lb. ground pork 1-1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 3 Tbsp. sesame oil 1 egg 1 Pkg wontons 1 can chicken broth Mix ingredients for filling in a bowl. Fill wontons and fold. In a hot pan coated with oil, place pot stickers flat side down and cook until the bottom is browned. Add 1 cup chicken stock and cover. Reduce heat to low. Steam 5 min. till liquid evaporates. In the meantime, mix ingredients for dipping sauce:
1/3 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar 1/3 cup sliced scallions 1 tsp. sesame oil Serve hot dumplings with dipping sauce.
