Norwegian Dumplings
2 cup flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup milk 1 t. baking powder 1 Tbsp oil 8 cups chicken stock
Mix all dry ingredients and oil with milk. Blend well and drop spoonfuls into boiling chicken stock. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Uncover and serve.
