SWEET DUMPLINGS
3 cup brown sugar
3 cup water
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup raisins
1 1/2 cup biscuit mix
2 tsp. sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 cup pecans, shaved or broken in very small pieces
Mix sugars and water together. Bring sugar mixture to a boil in
electric skillet. Drop dough into mixture by teaspoons. Cover and
simmer 12 to 15 minutes, turning dough once.
